From greeting guests with a warm smile to ensuring the seamless operation of administrative tasks, Karan’s contributions are vital. She manages telephone communications, processes invoices and checks, ships essential documents and equipment, and oversees office certifications and permits. Additionally, she acts as the Employee Relations Representative, acknowledging staff life events and directing callers to the appropriate business departments.
Karan’s responsibilities don’t end there. She is also a licensed notary, manages the notarization of legal documents, and ensures office sustainability by caring for plants and coordinating quarterly townhalls and social events. In her role, Karan supports staff in focusing on their important project work, knowing that their needs will be efficiently managed.

Having worked at large corporations in the past she appreciates the opportunity to connect with colleagues on a personal level and the ease of knowing who to approach for various work needs.
