Rudy Reda Earns RESET AP Credentials

Ready, RESET, Go! Congratulations to our very own Rudy Reda, who has earned his RESET AP credentials. Rudy is currently the only RESET AP in the Southeast, United States.

RESET is a green building certification that promotes occupant health and comfort, with a focus on indoor air quality. It is the first and only building standard driven by real-time sensor-based monitoring of indoor air quality within buildings and interior spaces, using data gathered by air monitors that measure CO2, particulate matter, TVOC, temperature, and relative humidity over time.

RESET is among the five green building certifications being applied to the new EGI headquarters in addition to LEED ID+C v4.1 – Gold, WELL v2.0 – Platinum, LBC v3.1 – Petal Certification, and Fitwel.
