The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel offers guests a mid-century design paired with modern amenities and luxury comforts. The project involves the renovation of an existing eight-story concrete framed multi-unit residential building built in 1953 into a boutique hotel with 217 guestrooms on levels 2 through 8. Additional spaces on Level 1 include a lobby, meeting rooms with a shared circulation area, hotel back-of-house functions and offices, and a restaurant/bar with a new kitchen addition.
