The design-build project for Stepan Company, an innovative and sustainable chemical solutions company, is a new 6,000 SF meeting and training center in Winder, Georgia that includes a separate 4,000 SF Agronomic Laboratory Building and Greenhouse. The site for the new complex began as an undeveloped agricultural pasture adjacent to Stepan’s main plant building.
