The transformation of the Phipps Plaza Office and Anchor Building Towers was a massive undertaking. The 14-story luxury project included moving a fire station located on the property and carefully avoiding disturbance of the existing below-ground structures. The space now features a Nobu Hotel and Restaurant plus a 13-story office building, a LifeTime luxury athletic and coworking destination, and a curated dining and entertainment experience. These are all linked by an outdoor event venue and public green space, replacing a former multi-level department store. Epsten Group consulted on the building enclosure, ensuring it achieved LEED certification goals.
