The Project is the Lincoln Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, which received LEED-CI certification and WELL Gold certification in 2024. Epsten Group facilitated Design and Construction Coordination for all aspects related to the LEED and WELL scope of work. As a part of this scope, Epsten Group provided policies, plans, and procedures which will be applied across the Lincoln Property portfolio.
