Inman Park Cooperative Preschool

Epsten Group conducted a site assessment for Inman Park Cooperative Preschool to decide the best options for the facility’s future expansion. The project team presented comprehensive reviews for the client’s choice between renovating existing facilities or constructing a new facility nearby. The project included a programming exercise with the staff and relevant stakeholders to determine the ideal space requirements for the school’s preschool program, a walk through of all three properties, and production of a cost estimate of the value of the three plans, ensuring the client had all the tools to make the best decision.
