The Science Park Phase II building is a new structure on Georgia State’s (GSU) main campus. The 65,900 SF, five-story building includes a mechanical penthouse, three floors of research space, and a vivarium encompassing the second floor. The Science Park development further advances collaborative research efforts and GSU’s leadership in the area of global infectious disease research. The project achieved LEED-CS v2009 Silver Certification.
