The new convocation center for the GSU campus is a multi-level facility that provides indoor space to meet future and current assembly/event needs. In addition to a large multi-purpose arena with a seating capacity of 8,000, the facility can host athletic events, convocations, commencements, conferences, concerts, and other major events on a scale reflective of the University’s national and international stature in learning and research. The building features divisible meeting and conference spaces with state of the art technology, lighting, acoustics, and building control systems.
