The Project is the Clarksburg Premium Outlets development in Clarksburg, Maryland. The development includes 8 retail structures totaling approximately 436,701 gross square feet, as well as 2 restaurant buildings that are to approximately 6,650 square feet, each. The development gained certification under the LEED-CS 2009 Rating System as a group certification for the 8 retail structures following the requirements of the LEED Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Building Projects (AGMBC).
Epsten Group provided LEED Consulting services for the Project in support of its pursuit of LEED certification under the LEED-CS 2009 Rating System as a group certification following the requirements of the AGMBC.
