Canterbury Court is a not-for-profit housing and services provider serving seniors who desire life care in a sound economic and caring community. The existing 11-acre campus is located at 3750 Peachtree Road in Atlanta, GA. The expansion project includes the addition of a new 98-unit independent living tower with parking deck below (“Building D”) and addition of a new 110-unit healthcare facility that will house Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and 7 Independent Living units, with parking below (“Building E”)
Building D is planned to be 10 stories over three or four levels of parking with an enclosed, two-level connector to Building A/B. Heated and cooled space will be approximately 167,500 SF. Building E is planned to be four stories over a partial basement including a half-level of parking at street level, with a below grade basement connection to Building A/B and an on-grade enclosed connector to Building A/B. Heated and cooled space will be approximately 130,000 SF.
