Epsten Group conducted WELL Pre-testing and Performance Verification Testing for Ally Bank’s Charlotte Center, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Testing included air concept testing, water concept testing, light concept testing, thermal comfort concept testing, and sound concept testing. Through close collaboration with the client, we successfully supported their achievement of Gold-level certification under the WELL v1 Core rating system and Silver-level certification under the WELL v2 Pilot rating system.
