The Elevance Health Technology Center is a new, 21-story tower with 350,000 SF of Class A office space for the health insurance provider. The building has a podium level connecting Portman Holding’s 712 West Peachtree tower through activated retail space at the ground level. Located near Tech Square and Portman Holding’s Coda, the new tower serves as Elevance Health’s IT hub, further solidifying Midtown Atlanta’s emergent technology corridor.
