Lauren Wallace Honored as 2019 Class of LEED Fellows

Lauren Wallace, Principal and Director of Certifications and Consulting, has been one of 29 honored in the LEED Fellows Class of 2019. This honor awarded by the Green Business Certification, Inc (GBCI) is the most prestigious credential given to LEED professionals.  As a leader within the green building community, Lauren has used her expertise to make significant contributions to the future of green building and sustainability across the globe.

“When I started my career in the building industry, I never assumed I’d one day find myself leading a team of sustainability professionals as part-owner of a fantastic company,” Wallace said. “As sustainability continued to take hold in our industry, I just followed my passion, whether it was within the workplace or my community. And here I am! It’s an incredible honor to take the stage and accept this credential like so many of my peers and mentors have before me. I’m grateful to have my blood, sweat, and tears over the past ten years recognized, but our work isn’t done. I can only hope to help others in my organization to achieve the same accolades in the meantime. Here’s to the next ten years!”

We look forward to what the future holds as we continue to create healthier buildings and communities for generations to come.
