Designing for Connection: Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025

At Epsten Group, every project brings something new to discover, solve, and celebrate. As an architecture team specializing in adaptive reuse, we thrive on the challenges and opportunities that come with reimagining spaces. This past year, our work has taken us from zoo facilities to office spaces, schools, and churches, with one constant theme: we never do this work alone.

Each project is a collaboration. We’ve partnered with incredible teams of engineers, animal specialists, sustainability consultants, commissioning experts, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. These partnerships remind us that our success stems from the dedication and expertise of those we work alongside.

As we step into 2025, we’re more grateful than ever for the people who support us. The Epsten Group Architectural Department—Bill, Olu, Carmen, Neal, and Giancarlo—remains committed to designing projects that reflect the unique needs of our users while embodying the highest ideals of sustainability. Together, we aim to meet the challenges of the coming year with creativity and purpose.

The changing landscape of 2025 will present unprecedented challenges, and we aim to meet the demands with a focus on kindness and determination. We look forward to new opportunities to push boundaries and make an impact. Whether you’re a returning client or a new partner, we’re excited to explore what’s possible together.

Let’s create something remarkable. Reach out to us here to start your next project.
