Congratulations to our Two New Associates

Epsten Group is thrilled to announce that two of our most dedicated and passionate team members have been promoted to associate positions. We created the Associate position to honor team members who have demonstrated a commitment to the company, led by example, and fostered internal collaboration. Richard Shaffer and Melanie May have done an exemplary job of achieving all of this and more. We’re proud of our people, and we celebrate every opportunity we have to uplift them and propel them forward in their careers and professional goals.

Richard Shaffer, Associate & Senior Building Enclosure Project Manager, has been with Epsten Group for over four years, supporting our Building Enclosure department diligently. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, is a veteran of the United States Army, and loves to hike & spend time outdoors. He lives in sunny Florida, and we’re always excited to see him when he is able to stop by our Atlanta headquarters.

Melanie May, Associate & Senior Sustainability Consultant + Reviewer, has been with us for over seven years, providing exceptional management skills to our Certifications and Consulting department. She is always a joy to work with, both internally and externally for our valued clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the University of Florida and is a proud first-place-titleholder of the 2017 Epsten Group Pumpkin Painting Contest.

We are so appreciative of our recently promoted leaders and all of our incredible team members that do crucial work to improve our world every day. If you’re interested in joining a team that cares as deeply for each other as they do for creating a sustainably built world, check out our open positions and apply today.
