Congratulations to our New Associates

Epsten Group is thrilled to announce that three of our most dedicated and passionate team members have been promoted to associate positions! We created the new Associate position to honor team members who have demonstrated a commitment to the company, led by example, and fostered internal collaboration. Deanne Hardin, Carmen Evans, and Mickey Leso have done an exemplary job of achieving all of this and more. We’re proud of our people, and we celebrate every opportunity we have to uplift them and propel them forward in their careers and professional goals.

Deanne Hardin, Associate | Accounting Manager, has been an integral part of our team for over twelve years. She is at the heart of our Operations Team here at EGI, and when she’s not at work, she loves to knit, crochet, sing in her local choir, and spend time with her family and fur babies.

Carmen Evans, Associate | Design Studio Manager, has led our architecture and design team through countless stages of growth and innovation in her thirteen years at Epsten. Her leadership and creativity have enabled Epsten to be industry-leaders in Zoo Design, Sustainable Architecture, Interior Design, and so much more. In her free time, Carmen enjoys reading, hanging with her kids, and fixing up her old house.

Mickey Leso, Associate | Building Enclosure Department Manager & Senior Consultant, has developed and led a talented and unique BECx team in his five years with us. He cares deeply about the work he does, no matter how big or small the project, and inspires us all to grow and learn every day. When not at work, lately Mickey has been spending quality time with his family and friends, overseeing some home improvement projects, and playing tennis occasionally. He’s also looking forward to upcoming winter vacations to Hilton Head, London, and several Rocky Mountain ski destinations.

We are so appreciative of our recently promoted leaders and all of our incredible team members that do crucial work to improve our world every day. If you’re interested in joining a team that cares as deeply for each other as they do for creating a sustainably built world, check out our open positions and apply today.
