Epsten Group provided LEED consulting, WELL certification support, and whole-building energy modeling services for 600 South Tryon, a 24-story, 450,000 SF Class A office tower located in Charlotte’s emerging city center. The project includes 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail, a structured parking podium, and a robust amenity suite featuring a conference center, co-working space, fitness facilities, and outdoor terraces. Of the total building area, approximately 410,000 SF is dedicated to leasable office space.
