Project Description

The project consisted of 10,000 square feet of renovated kitchen space to service students and faculty in the Cox Hall building. Included in the project was a new air handling unit, a high-efficiency kitchen hood system, all new kitchen equipment, new coolers, and worker locker rooms. Commissioning activities included:

Construction Site Visits
Functional Performance Testing
O&M Training Observation
Seasonal Testing
10-Month Warranty Review

Air Handling Unit, Exhaust Systems, Terminal Equipment Ductwork, Piping Systems, Fire, smoke and fire/smoke dampers, Fire Alarm, Fire, smoke and fire/smoke dampers
